The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is going to take an extra 30 days to consider what to do. No bailout today is good, but it’s not good enough. ACT NOW! Tell FERC: no dirty energy bailout today, not in 30 days, not any day. All year long, we have worked to stop this dirty and destructive waste of our energy dollars – with protests, mobilizations, and filing tens of thousands of petitions and comments from the public.
