Beyond Nulear: Attached please find our 12/21/2018 reply to NRC and Exelon's combined opposition to the petition to intervene. The licensing board will review and probably convene a public hearing in PA, likely Delta, to decide on the merits of the arguments to convene or not a legal intervention.
